Whether you’re drifting, tracking, canyon carving, or simply driving aggressively on sticky tires, oil slosh inside the factory oil pan can uncover the pickup, leading to momentary pressure loss and eventually rod bearing failure.
The Norris Manufacturing N55 Oil Pan Baffle is designed to eliminate that risk.
This baffle system keeps oil constantly pooled around the oil pickup, even under extreme lateral and longitudinal forces. Strategically placed one-way oil control doors allow oil to enter the pickup area freely while preventing it from escaping during hard cornering, braking, or transitions, exactly when the engine needs it most.
FKM (Viton®) fluoroelastomer oil flaps
Resistant to heat, oil, and chemical breakdown. Far superior to rubber or silicone alternatives. These flaps act as durable one-way valves that maintain oil availability under sustained G-loads.

This oil pan baffle is a weld-in design engineered for precise fitment within the factory N55 oil pan. The baffle is shaped to closely follow the internal contours of the pan, allowing it to sit down naturally in the correct position for consistent oil control around the pickup.
